
Edoardo Liberati thrilled to race 24 Hours of Spa for the third time
Edoardo Liberati is set for one of the most spectacular race, the 24 Hours of Spa, scheduled for this coming weekend. The Italian racing driver faces the Belgian challenge for the third time, driving a KCMG Porsche 911 GT3-R alongside team-mates Josh Burdon and Alexandre Imperatori.
“We showed very well in the official Test Day held on late September. I love this track”, the Rome-based racer commented. “The most important thing will be not to make mistakes, as well as to have the right setup for wet and dry. I am focused and pretty optimistic”.
The 24 Hours of Spa will assing points for the Intercontinental GT Challenge and GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, following the previous round of Nürburgring held last September when Liberati, Burdon and Imperatori finished ninth.
Free practice, pre-qualifying, qualifying and a night session kick-off the weekend today. The Super Pole will start tomorrow at 18:20, whils the 24 Hours of Spa will start on Saturday at 15:30.
