Edoardo Liberati quite confident in a good result for round 4 of Nürburgring Langstrecken Serie
After a three-week break Edoardo Liberati returns to track for the fourth round of Nürburgring Langstrecken Serie scheduled this coming Saturday, August 1st, on the 22 and more kms of the historical Nordschleife circuit.
After having brought to debut in round 2 and 3 one of the two brand-new Porsche 911 GT3 R cars fielded by KCMG, claiming the 18th and 17th position alongside Swiss Alexandre Imperatori and Australian Josh Burdon, the Italian racing driver aims to a better result.
Once more this weekend he will pair with Burdon, whilst Norwegian Dennis Olsen - the 2019 Intercontinental GT Challenge champion and 12 Hours Bathurst winner - will replace Imperatori.
“This is for me and for my squad the third race with a Porsche”, Liberati commented. “The team made a fantastic job with both the cars as it introduced some new solutions. I am quite confident we can do better than the two previous rounds, although our main goal is to continue the preparation for the 24 Hours of Nürburgring scheduled for late September”.
The entire program of NLS round 4 will be held on Saturday, with qualifying on morning and the four-hour race start at 12, live streamed at www.nuerburgring-langstrecken-serie.de.
